Shipping Info

Nefysi is currently shipping to Australia and New Zealand from www.nefysi.com. If you are interested in buying products from other countries, email us at hello@nefysi.com so our team is aware of interest in your country as we hope to expand in future.

Australia

Nefysi agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within seven (7) working days from the payment receipt date*. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days. Nefysi will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

  • Nefysi offers FREE standard shipping for all Australian & New Zealand orders above $100 AUD.
  • Flat rate $10 AUD for all orders under $100 AUD

You should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at help@nefysi.com and we will track it for you. Sendle will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

Nefysi is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc. 

*Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas and other relevant public holidays. 

Customs & Duties

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Nefysi takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Nefysi is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Nefysi product please contact us at help@nefysi.com. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will be happy to offer a replacement or exchange providing the product has not been used and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
